Terms of Service
Short version: you order, we call to confirm, a courier brings it and you pay cash at the door. You can cancel or refuse it right up to that moment at no cost. Sealed cosmetics cannot come back once opened, but anything damaged or wrong is on us. The detail is below.
1. These terms
These terms apply whenever you use nourae.store or place an order with us. By ordering, you accept them. If there is something here you are not comfortable with, please contact us before you buy rather than after.
2. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. Orders are accepted for delivery addresses within Pakistan only.
3. How an order is formed
Submitting the order form is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. We confirm your order by phone or message before anything is dispatched. The contract between us is formed at the point we confirm and dispatch. We may decline an order, for example if we cannot reach you, the address is outside our delivery area, stock has run out, or we believe the order is not genuine.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Pakistani rupees (Rs) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery is free across Pakistan on orders over Rs 5,000, and a flat Rs 300 below that.
Every order on this site is cash on delivery. You pay the courier in cash when the parcel reaches you. We do not take card payments and never ask for card details. Please have the exact amount ready where possible.
We try to keep prices and product information accurate. If an obvious error appears, for example a price that is clearly wrong, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel without any charge.
5. Delivery
We deliver all over Pakistan. Most orders arrive within 2 days of confirmation. Timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by public holidays, weather and courier capacity.
The courier will call before arriving, so please keep the number you ordered with reachable. If we cannot reach you after reasonable attempts, the order may be cancelled.
6. Cancelling and refusing delivery
You may cancel at any time before dispatch by contacting us. You may also simply refuse the parcel at the door. In either case you pay nothing, because nothing has been charged.
7. Returns and hygiene
Cosmetic and personal care products cannot be returned once opened or once any seal is broken, for hygiene and safety reasons. That is standard for this category and it protects every customer.
If an item arrives damaged, sealed incorrectly, past its date, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph of the item and its packaging. We will replace it or refund what you paid, and the return will not cost you anything.
8. Product information and claims
Everything we sell is a cosmetic product. It is not a medicine, and nothing on this site is medical advice or a claim to treat, cure or prevent any condition.
Always read the label. Patch test on a small area before first use if your skin reacts easily. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, using prescription retinoids or acids, or being treated for a skin condition, speak to your doctor or pharmacist before adding a new product to your routine.
Colours on your screen may differ slightly from the product in your hand, and packaging may be updated by manufacturers from time to time.
9. Your responsibilities
Please give us an accurate name, phone number and address. You are responsible for the details you supply and for anyone you authorise to accept a delivery for you. Do not use this site to place fraudulent orders, to interfere with its operation, or in any way that breaks Pakistani law.
10. Our content
The text, photographs, logo and design on this site belong to Nouraé Beauty or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written agreement.
11. Liability
We stand behind the products we sell and we will always put right anything we have got wrong. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Pakistani consumer protection law, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
12. Privacy
How we handle your information is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. Changes take effect once posted on this page.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
